Hello, America! Thanks for having sent in your old film!
The submission phase for Lost Rolls America has temporarily paused. Please do NOT send in film at this time.
If you would like to contribute film in the future, send us your contact info at email@example.com and we will let you know when you can next send in your old rolls of film!
Here’s how the process worked: We asked the broad public….Do you have an old roll of film lying around—in the back of a drawer or tucked in shoebox? Wonder what’s on it? How long has it been sitting there—5 years? 10 years? 15 years? Longer?
Then we said: Submit it to us! Use our easy downloadable information card (below). FUJIFILM will develop and scan the film free of charge, and get it back to you. You choose one image—any one you want for any reason you want! Give us a short description of why you picked that image (we’ll guide you with helpful questions). Then see your image become part of a national archive, with the chance of being part of an exhibition in 2018.
Now, stay tuned for tours and exhibitions of the Lost Rolls America archive!
